How are the excursions selected in each package?
Our packages are based on the preferences and commentaries from our clients over the years. For example, in New Orleans (Louisiana) we have noted that the majority of our tourists are very happy with the selection of our Jazz Dinner Cruise on the Mississippi River. Here they can take in a breath-taking view of the city while dining on creole food, all the while listening to the music that made New Orleans famous – Jazz! The best of New Orleans in only one tour!
Would it be possible to design a package according to the particular interests of my clients?
Of course!
We can adapt whatever package you desire according to the preferences and interests of your clients. However, take into account that our existing packages have been designed through our vast experience in the field but above all, with the valuable comments from our clients. The majority of visitors and tourists know very little about the tourist attractions that are offered in the city and elsewhere and how to achieve maximum benefit of their stay; therefore, with Rey Royal Excursions® we make an effort to offer alternative attractions in each package with the intent to give the visitor a nice taste of the destinations we offer so they will want to return again soon as well as recommend our city to their family and friends.
Some wholesalers request only accommodations and transfers, and at times include only a City Tour. This option does not offer the visitor any added value and the wholesaler could lose the opportunity to intice the visitor back again in the future with such a limited package.
Do the excursions include pick-up and drop-off at the hotel?
Absolutely!
All our excursions include pick-up and drop-off service from the hotel where the client is staying (unless mentioned otherwise). Our clients only have to worry about enjoying themselves!
Is there any free-time to explore the city?
Each of our packages allow free-time to explore the city at one's own pace. For us it is very important that the client not feel restricted in an itinerary without opportunity to eat at one's leisure or shop without being in a hurry.
Remember that New Orleans and/or Louisiana, is the only destination in the U.S.A.
that offers Tax-Free Shopping to foreign visitors!
Is availability guaranteed upon making the reservation?
Upon receiving the reservation (or booking), we will send you a “tentative” reservation. That is to say, a reservation expressing the package / hotel is available but not guaranteed. Your reservation will be guaranteed once we receive the deposit.
What are the Cancelation and Refund Policies?
Our Cancelation and Refund Policies are available on our website under the section “Terms & Conditions”. You can also request these policies in writing if you so choose. For groups, we will send you a contractual agreement with complete Terms & Conditions described in the contract.
Are there any other expenses related to the packages?
There are no surprises (with our prices) in the packages!
That is to say, when we say “All-Inclusive”, this means all taxes are included as well. Also, there are no hidden administrative fees associated with any of our packages. The price in the packages are All-Inclusive. However, please be aware that gratuities or tips to the tour guides are not included; these are at the descretion of the participant.
Is breakfast included in the price of the package?
Normally we can offer breakfast for an additional amount upon request. However, the following hotels offer a continental breakfast at no additional costs:
In New Orleans: Chateau Dupré, Cotton Exchange & Holiday Inn Express. The Historic French Market Inn offers a free voucher for a coffee and breakfast roll each morning.
In Houston: Hilton Garden Inn & DoubleTree Hotel (Airport)
All B&Bs and Plantations include breakfast!
What are the advantages with New Orleans as a tourist destination?

If your clients are looking for shopping, then New Orleans is the ideal place to shop! As mentioned previously, New Orleans and/or Louisiana, is the only destination in the U.S.A. that offers tax-free shopping to foreign visitors!
Flights with only one connection!
Although in some cases there are no direct flights, the connecting airports are very easy to move through and the majority of connecting flights to New Orleans are only one additional hour of flying time. Also, you will find personnel at most connecting airports and the New Orleans International Airport who can assist you in German, as well as announcements made in German to help facilitate your passage through the airport.
A destination for the entire family not just for adults!
Truly New Orleans is a city for all generations; there are a ton of things to do. For adults, our night life is second to none! However, not many people realize that New Orleans is also a city for the entire family. Recently, New Orleans was named the #1 Family Destination in the U.S.A. Among many attractions, we have a world renown Zoo and first class Aquarium and also the fun-filled Six Flags Ammusement Park for all ages! In addition there are museums and parks designed especially for children. New Orleans offers a wide variety of attractions, such as swamp tours, steamboat cruises, city tours that will leave unforgetable memories for all!
